These Terms of Service govern services and purchases from ASITI LLC, doing business as Asiti Beauty. By booking an appointment, paying a deposit, or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms.
1. Client Services
Asiti Beauty provides lash extension services in Maryland. Appointment details are provided directly to confirmed clients. Please do not share private appointment details or client-access links.
2. Health and Safety
You agree to complete intake and consent information truthfully and to disclose allergies, sensitivities, eye conditions, contact lens use, or recent procedures that may affect your service. Lash extensions involve adhesives used near the eyes and may cause irritation or allergic reaction. We may decline or stop a service when we believe it is unsafe to proceed. This information is not medical advice; seek appropriate medical care for a reaction or health concern.
3. Deposits and Payment
A deposit is required to reserve an appointment: $85 for full sets and bundles and $45 for fills. Deposits are applied to the service. Remaining payment is due at the appointment.
4. Cancellations and No-Shows
Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged 100% of the service total. Repeat no-shows may require prepayment.
5. Fill Eligibility
A fill requires approximately 40% of extensions remaining. Appointments more than three weeks after the previous visit, or appointments involving another artist’s work, may be treated as a full set.
6. Packages
Packages are prepaid fills maintained in the client’s account records and are subject to the package terms presented at purchase.
7. Text Messages
Text messaging is optional and is not required to book or purchase. See the Privacy Policy and SMS Program Terms.
8. Photos
We photograph lashes only with permission and publish client photos only with separate permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ASITI LLC’s total liability arising from a service is limited to the amount paid for the service at issue.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Maryland law. Venue for disputes will be in Howard County, Maryland, to the extent permitted by law.
